What happens if any of my items are damaged?

All your items will be covered on our goods in transit insurance up to £25,000 per vehicle load. Please note any high value items will need to be discussed prior so we can name an item for that move.

How much will it cost for me to move?

Accepted Answer

This depends on various factors such as, the distance between properties, the property size, items that are being moved etc.
 
All of these factors can be discussed on quotation to give you exact amount.

Question 3

Will my house be cared for during the move?

Accepted Answer

We use protection to ensure your house and fittings are protected during the process of your move. 
 
We have floor covers, furniture covers, carpet protection etc.
 
We will ensure your property is left as it was when we arrive.

Question 4

What happens if we receive the keys later than thought?

Accepted Answer

We understand moving into a new property doesn’t always go as planned, it is common for the key collection to be delayed so we do allows a waiting time, however any keys arriving after 4pm will incur a charge of £40 per hour.

What is included in my quotation price?

Accepted Answer

1- All of our standard quotations include, all packing materials as required (delivery
prior to the moving date) boxes, protection wrap, mattress bags etc.
 
2- All the staff on the job are safety trained for lifting, and handling larger items.
 
3- Insurance including public liability, goods in transit and employees liability.
 
4- Each quotation is modified to your needs and can be altered to suit your move.

When does payment get taken?

Accepted Answer

On acceptance of quotation a 10% booking deposit is required.
This will be taken off the final balance on the day of the move.
The remaining balance will be due to be paid on the day of move by bank transfer on arrival. If any cancellations or changes are made within 48hours of the moving date, the 10% deposit will be lost.
All other changes can be made.
